Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Saanjh Haus. If something is not right with your order, contact us at contact@saanjh.studio and include your order number.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email contact@saanjh.studio before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless we made an error with the order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@saanjh.studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Custom, personalized, special-order, final-sale, gift card, and used or installed items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
